Raymond and Tony MacHugh had been immersed in the restaurant industry for 25 years, but something was always missing. No matter where they went, they could never find pizza that lived up to their incredible experiences in Italy. So, they set out on a life-changing trip to Naples to see if the city that created the world’s best pizza could answer their questions. They savoured pizzas crafted with care and precision; each bit was more delicious than the last. That trip ignited a spark in them. They knew they had to bring this piece of Naples back home.
Returning to Ireland with a renewed sense of purpose, they set out to recreate the taste of Naples and the feeling that came with it.
